  • Danielle Fields

    In July 2023, Danielle Fields became the Executive Director. Growing up in a military family, she lived domestically and internationally throughout her childhood and has resided in Alamance County since 2013.

    She has had previous roles in government services, the private sector, and fifteen years of experience with non-profit organizations. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Science and History. Danielle has a passion for creating positive collaborations that lead to enhancing programs and empowering the lives of our community members.

  • Elizabeth Payne

    Elizabeth Payne has worked with Alamance County Community Services Agency since 2014 as the Finance Officer/ Human Resource Director. She believes in the agency’s mission of moving people out of poverty and helping them become self-sufficient. Her passion is in expanding the agency’s programs to assist our community members in need.

  • Sapna Narasimhamurthy

    Sapna Narasimhamurthy is the Community Service Block Grant Program Manager who is responsible for the self-sufficiency and food pantry programs. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology and is an Associate Professional in Human Resources. She is passionate about creating compelling services and providing resources for participants to meet their goals. Sapna’s goal is to continue the important work the organization has embarked on, for participants who will benefit from our excellent program.

  • Deborah Worth

    Deborah Worth is Case Manager for Alamance County Services Agency. She is a graduate of Alamance Community College with an Associate Degree in Business. This degree has led her to accomplish a professional career that challenges her toward a rewarding experience and is passionate about helping residents of Alamance County.
